Introduction

I specialize in sex therapy and have advanced training in sexuality, gender, and relationships. I support individuals and couples navigating issues related to libido differences, sexual dysfunction or pain, infidelity, gender identity, BDSM/kink, non-monogamy, and compulsive sexual behaviors (sometimes referred to as sex and/or love addiction). I can also provide gender-affirming assessments and, when clinically appropriate, letters of support for hormone therapy and/or gender-affirming surgeries in accordance with current standards of care. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, affirming, and practical. I draw from evidence-based therapies while tailoring treatment to your unique goals, values, and lived experiences. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and empowered. My approach is decidedly sex-positive, inclusive, and non-judgmental while recognizing that for some people sexual behaviors can become compulsive or problematic. Navigating relationships, identity, and sexuality can be some of the most meaningful and vulnerable work we do in our lives. Whether you are looking for help with relationship issues, exploring your sexuality or gender, managing sexual dysfunction, addressing compulsive sexual behaviors, or you just need support during uncertain times, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and create meaningful change.
