I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist who works with adolescents and young adults. My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) mindfulness, and client-centered play therapy.
