Introduction

I am especially interested in working with individuals, couples, and small groups who self-define as family, romantic (or aromantic) partnerships, and co-parents trying to navigate creating a healthy individual and family life that is aligned with their vision and values. I love working with people on the neurodiverse spectrum and members of the LGBTQIA+ community or who are exploring their identities in relationship to those communities. I have worked with people across age and developmental phases. My career background is in working in non-profit youth development and arts education and I have my Master's of Social Work from Arizona State University. Through my master's internship and following the completion of my degree I have had the privilege of working in community mental health and joined Love Life Therapy Center to be able to narrow my focus to trauma, relationships, and sexuality. The modalities I draw from in my practice are CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and IFS and I have experience working with clients with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, exploring sexuality and identity, and clients who have experienced trauma among many other client backgrounds. In our work together you can expect a non-judgmental and collaborative environment focused on your goals. I come from a place of curiosity and support and get true joy from the experience of seeing my clients learn, grow, and feel more aligned with themselves.
