Welcome. I am glad you are here. You may be reaching out because you or someone you love feels overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or caught in patterns that are difficult to change. I work with people navigating trauma, attachment wounds, grief, emotional distress, dissociation, changes in thoughts or perceptions, relationship difficulties, substance use recovery, and major life transitions. With warmth and careful pacing, we work together to create safety, strengthen emotional regulation, and explore how certain ways of coping may have once protected you but may now be getting in the way of the life or relationships you want. You do not need to have the right words or know where to begin. We start with what is here. I offer integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. My approach draws from attachment-based, relational, cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness practices. Together, we can make sense of painful experiences, reduce shame, heal emotional wounds, and develop meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
