As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) specializing in trauma, I work at your pace—never pushing, always honoring where you are in your journey. I use evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you process trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Whether you're navigating identity questions, relationship challenges, spiritual exploration, or the aftermath of abuse, I'm here to support you with compassion and skill.
