I have over 5 years of experience providing support to adolescents and adults, I work with individuals who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, interpersonal conflict and more. I provide a safe and supportive space to individuals looking to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we will work towards building resilience, developing coping strategies and fostering positive change.
