Introduction

Kathryn Cavin is a PLPC with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kathryn seeks to help adolescents, adults, and couples move towards hope and healing as they process issues around relationships, divorce, spirituality, and grief. In her work, Kathryn uses an integrative approach that combines elements of emotion focused and cognitive behavioral therapies to meet each individual where they are. “Sometimes life affects us in ways we don’t expect. If you are struggling with what life has thrown at you, know that you do not have to do it alone. While confronting what has you stuck can be difficult, I will walk alongside you with compassion and understanding as we seek to understand where you need healing. Together we will work toward your goals and celebrate growth along the way.”
