Introduction
I specialize in trauma, attachment, and addiction recovery. I work with individuals who understand their patterns but still feel stuck repeating them — in relationships, emotions, or behaviors. If you’ve tried to figure it out on your own and it hasn’t fully shifted, you’re not alone. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real clinical experience, including residential treatment. I help clients feel more regulated, aware, and in control of their responses. My work is EMDR-informed and attachment-based, supporting meaningful, lasting change.
