I am accepting, authentic, and create a safe therapeutic space for clients with a shame-free, compassionate, but direct approach. I specialize in professional difficulties and stressors, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relational issues, attachment wounds, and LGBTQ+ family support. I understand that executives, leaders, and professionals contend with specific and distinctive stressors and offer these clients healthy ways to manage and cope with these stressors. I also understand the unique struggles and concerns that families of LGBTQ+ individuals often experience. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and utilize my training in Gottman Method, Maternal Mental Health, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), grief work, attachment, and trauma-informed care in my work. I value the client as the expert of their own experience, and serve as a guide through attunement and presence.
