Introduction

I believe that healing begins with a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, manage emotional struggles, and rediscover their strengths. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Therapy is a journey that can often be challenging, but is always meaningful. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move forward in your journey. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I work under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor as I continue to grow in my clinical practice. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I am committed to fostering a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
