Hi, I'm Kathryn--a therapist committed to helping you reconnect with your sense of self, navigate life's challenges, and build a more fulfilling life. I got started in this work because I know how powerful it can be to feel seen, supported, and understood. Therapy gave me that space in my own life, and I bring that same sense of presence and care to my work with clients. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or navigating transitions in identity, relationships, or career—you're not alone. I specialize in working with adults and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I also have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent clients, and those in creative or caregiving professions. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and insight-oriented. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities to help you better understand yourself and develop more effective ways of coping.
