Introduction

I’m Kathryn Paull, LAPC, LAMFT (she/her), and I help adults and couples understand themselves and their relationships so they can feel more connected, confident, and at peace. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, meaning we look at how your past experiences may be affecting the way you think, feel, and relate today. I use tools like IFS, EMDR, and body-based practices to offer a supportive space where you can heal, grow, and create the kind of life and relationships you truly want. Feel free to book a free 15 minute consultation with me to see if we're a good fit.
