You may be someone who appears capable and put together on the outside, while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Perhaps you are navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, or noticing that old patterns are no longer serving you. My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we may look beyond the immediate symptoms to understand the patterns, relationships, and past experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world. I work with teens, adults, couples, and relationships of all kinds who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, perfectionism, identity exploration, or challenges with self-worth. My approach draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, family systems, and somatic perspectives. Therapy with me is not about telling you who to become - it’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are and creating meaningful, lasting change.
