I’m Kate, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I’m glad you’re here. I believe therapy should feel like a steady place to pause, gain clarity, and begin moving forward. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, heard without judgment, and supported at your own pace. I believe that feeling genuinely listened to and understood is an important part of meaningful therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. I also draw on my training in behavior change and health coaching to help clients better understand the patterns that may be getting in the way and develop practical, sustainable changes. My goal is not to tell you who you should be or how you should live. Instead, I’ll work alongside you to understand what you’re experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and create meaningful steps toward feeling more grounded and confident in your life. If you’re looking for a supportive space to slow down, gain perspective, and begin making changes at your own pace, I’d be honored to work with you.
