I am a trauma expert with eight years of experience helping individuals heal from past and present wounds. My work focuses on strengthening self-trust, building healthy relationships and boundaries with others, and processing the influence that trauma has had on our behaviors. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all so I use multiple approaches to fit your individual needs, some of these being: SE (Somatic Experiencing), Solution-Focused, Family Systems, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
