Introduction

Which path you choose will either allow you to experience peace and contentment or leave you feeling overwhelmed as you struggle with frustration, doubt, anger, sadness, anxiety, shame, guilt, fear, or hopelessness. You are not broken, nor do you need fixing. Instead, you are deeply hurt and need healing. Your path will determine whether you experience peace and contentment or feel overwhelmed by frustration, doubt, anger, sadness, anxiety, shame, guilt, fear, or hopelessness. You are not broken and do not need fixing; instead, you are deeply hurt and need healing. If you identify with some of these emotions, you may need guidance on what to do next. Rest assured, you are not alone. You are part of a community of many who have felt the same way and have found more effective ways to heal by seeking help and understanding the underlying causes. With over twenty-four years of experience, I can confidently say that you are not alone in your challenges. Especially when life throws unexpected curveballs at you, making you feel like you're barely holding on or tired of fighting through each day, you don't have to struggle alone. By offering support, being non-judgmental, working collaboratively, and showing care, I will help you gain insights and develop coping skills to deal with your circumstances, guiding you toward a breakthrough that will last a lifetime. My extensive experience and training have equipped me to help you navigate your emotional distress and mental health challenges with confidence and compassion. My goal is to help you overcome feelings of anxiety, anger, trauma, and fear and to resolve these symptoms by motivating you to a place of healing where peace, restoration, and hope for the future can be experienced and lived out. Throughout my counseling career, I have worked extensively with individuals of all ages using clinically tested and evidence-based interventions. My training has equipped me to identify and treat mental health and addiction disorders, as well as marriage and family issues. Additionally, I provide faith-based Christian counseling upon request. Identifying with some of these emotions may make you unsure what to do next; rest assured, you are not alone. Many have felt the same but have found more efficient ways to heal through seeking help in the search for the cause. Remember, you are part of a community of individuals who have overcome similar challenges and found healing and hope.
