Introduction

I've spent over 15 years working with children and families across New Mexico, and I've learned that every child and family has untapped strengths worth discovering. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-EII), I work with toddlers and children facing a range of challenges—from attachment and behavioral concerns to school difficulties, PTSD, and the stress of major life adjustments. I create a non-judgmental space where families can explore what's working alongside areas that feel stuck or broken. I am attachment-centered, play-based, and trauma-focused. I use family systems, child development, infant mental health, and behavioral approaches to help children understand their capacities and heal from past experiences. Whether you're navigating parenting questions, custody transitions, peer relationship struggles, or your child's emotional wellbeing, I'm here to help. I offer both individual and family sessions, available in-person and via telehealth (family sessions only). I accept Medicaid of New Mexico, Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, Molina Healthcare of New Mexico, Presbyterian Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your family.
