Introduction

I came to therapy after more than a decade as a public school art teacher and bring that experience, along with a master’s in Special Education, to my work as an art therapist. I work with children, teens, neurodivergent individuals, and helping professionals experiencing burnout and life or career transitions. My approach is creative, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that differences are not deficits and behavior is communication.
