Introduction

Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and known. That belief has shaped my work as a therapist and continues to guide every client relationship. I work primarily with couples, young adults, and college students navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, identity development, anxiety, and the unique pressures of high achievement and athletic performance. I also work with teens and adults of all ages facing similar challenges. As a Vanderbilt University graduate and University of Texas at Austin-trained clinical social worker, I bring a perspective shaped by clinical expertise, entrepreneurship, and my experience as a former Division I student-athlete. I understand that meaningful change requires insight, courage, and practical strategies, and I create a collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves and move forward with confidence. I'm currently licensed to provide therapy in both Texas and Maine, with in-person sessions in Austin and virtual sessions available to clients in both states. My approach is rooted in authenticity and compassion, and I'd love to help you build stronger relationships and a more resilient, purposeful life.
