Introduction

Your mind won’t switch off. Thoughts race with pressure and expectation, leaving you trapped in constant overwhelm. Surrounded by people yet never truly present, you find yourself turning to old habits for relief. Irritable, disconnected, and exhausted, you’re running on empty. Stillness feels impossible—and deep down, you know something has to change. As a therapist, I help people answer the question, "Why am I feeling this way, and how do I feel better?" I use science and sarcasm in equal parts to challenge the status quo. I hold additional certifications in trauma, eating disorders, EMDR, and couples counseling. People say I’m easy to talk to - reach out and see for yourself. Have you ever met someone and ended up unintentionally telling them your entire life story? That’s me - the person people spill their hearts to. I’ve been that way most of my life: a natural-born, Grade A listener. People have been my passion (and fascination!) for as long as I can remember. Ready for change? Let's chat.
