I am a passionate mental health advocate and community organizer who believes healing happens in relationship, with ourselves, our bodies, our communities, and others. My work is relational and grounded in the mind–body connection, family systems, and self-compassion. Through my work in food access, I see food as a foundation of mental health. I understand nourishment as something that connects us to our bodies, our families, our communities, and our cultural experiences, and I hold these connections as central to wellbeing and care. I am especially called to work with queer and trans individuals, and those exploring gender and sexual identity. I also support clients navigating trauma, suicidal ideation, body image concerns, and neurodivergence. My therapeutic approach centers radical self-acceptance, helping clients explore their experiences with curiosity rather than shame. I strive to practice with cultural humility and an anti-racist lens, integrating principles of social and environmental justice into my work. I am queer, trans, kink, and non-monogamous allied, and aim to offer an affirming space where identities are honored in the context of relationships and community.
