I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and life experiences, and I also bring several years of experience supporting clients with eating disorders, along with a particular interest in helping highly sensitive individuals navigate life with greater ease and self-compassion. I use the TEAM-CBT framework, developed by Dr. David Burns, a structured, evidence-based approach that combines empathy, collaboration, and practical methods for change. I also draw from mindfulness and self-compassion practices to support your growth and well-being.
