My approach to therapy is rooted in the concept of dialectics- the idea that two seemingly opposing things can be true at the same time. I commit to support you in both accepting yourself as you are, and working towards creating positive changes in your life. I integrate EMDR, parts work approaches, DBT, and expressive interventions into sessions. My hope is to create a safe space to walk alongside you and offer my tools and expertise as you process your experiences, create a new normal, and connect to community. You are loveable.
