Introduction

You may feel like you have spent much of your life adapting, surviving, or holding things together on the outside while internally feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you are or what you need. Trust may be difficult, emotions may feel intense or unpredictable. If you are seeking therapy, you may not be looking for someone to “fix” you. Instead, you may want to be understood, supported, and empowered. You may want a collaborative approach where your voice matters, your pace is respected, and your goals guide the work. Healing, for you, may need to look different. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that prioritizes safety, choice, and empowerment. I understand that many come to therapy having had limited control over major aspects of their lives. Because of this, I intentionally create a therapeutic space where you remain in control of your goals, your pace, and the direction. You may be carrying trauma, complex family dynamics, or experiences with systems that left you feeling unheard or out of control. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space where you set the pace, your voice matters, and healing is defined by what feels safe and meaningful to you.
