I enjoy working with individual adults and teens (15+) with a variety of mental health concerns. I have significant experience working with people coping with grief and loss. In addition to my work with grief and loss, I frequently see clients navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis and exploring how this impacts everyday life and relationships. I also enjoy working with depression, anxiety, communication, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients in developing healthier thought patterns and behavior, and Person Centered Therapy, an empathetic approach to helping clients build insight and confidence in their ability to make meaningful change.
