Welcome to my page! Life and transitions can be overwhelming and stressful resulting in worry, nervousness and feeling stuck. I am so glad you are here and taking this first step. Expect a judgement free zone when you walk into the therapy room with me, where we identify your individual goals to help guide your treatment. I specialize in working with anxiety, life transitions, OCD, relationship difficulties and perfectionism. I am looking forward to getting to know you! I work from a strengths based perspective with clients where I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Exposure and Response therapy for OCD. I am passionate to work with college students going through life transitions and adults of all ages. For many people, therapy can be tough to start, but I promise it will be worth it. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy! You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out and get help and support with whatever you are going through.
