Emberlight Therapy is devoted to helping individuals and couples rekindle their strength and rediscover their light as they move toward emotional well-being and meaningful personal growth. Using evidence-based approaches—including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, the Gottman Method, and other integrative techniques—the practice provides a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for healing. With over 15 years of experience in community-based care, Katie brings a grounded, empathetic perspective to her work. She has supported children, adolescents, and families through emotional challenges, trauma, and life transitions. As a Certified Domestic Violence Professional (CDVP), she offers a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach that helps clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow at their own pace. At Emberlight Therapy, each client’s story is valued. Through a collaborative, personalized approach, therapy addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while building resilience and insight. More than symptom relief, this work is about transformation—empowering clients to reconnect with their inner strength, rediscover their light, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
