Introduction

Sometimes the way we learn to deal with life just isn't working anymore. You may be successful and capable in many parts of your life, but are privately struggling with harmful patterns that are taking a toll on your relationships, sense of self, career, or other parts of your life. You've likely tried dealing with it on your own, but are finding yourself stuck, repeating the same patterns despite knowing you want something better, and the costs are becoming too much to ignore. Rather than focusing on symptoms and coping, my approach aims to understand what lies beneath your struggles, including the patterns, conflicts, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and life. With greater understanding, old patterns can loosen their grip, giving you more freedom to make different choices moving forward. Above all, I consider it a tremendous privilege to get to know my patients in this capacity, and hope a spirit of gratitude, humility, and grace comes across in my work. I believe most of us are truly doing the best we can with what we’ve been given, but sometimes we just need help. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to help you take the next step.
