Introduction

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender exploration, neurodivergence, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I’m passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. If any of this sounds like you, we should talk! My style is warm and open. I work from a compassionate, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based approach, recognizing that YOU are the expert in your own experience. We'll utilize techniques from a range of modalities like AEDP, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and DBT. I provide therapy services to clients located in Oregon. Coaching clients can be located anywhere, so please reach out even if you're outside of Oregon! At this time I accept out of pocket payment for sessions. If you're able to bill your insurance for out of network services, I can provide a monthly superbill.
