We'll utilize techniques from a range of therapeutic methods like AEDP, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and DBT. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender exploration, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I’m passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. Therapy with me is a place where all emotions are welcome. We’ll explore tough feelings and memories, but we’ll also likely share some laughs along the way!
