I lead with curiosity and compassion, always striving to help you feel seen, heard, and understood. I support adolescents and adults (ages 14+) who are overwhelmed and alone to feel more calm and connected. Together we can help you learn how to be present with and work with overwhelming and challenging thoughts, feelings, and experiences, rather than getting consumed by them.
