I help teens and adults who feel emotionally stuck despite being thoughtful, self-aware, and trying their best to navigate life on their own. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, or the lingering impact of trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting clients with neurodivergent traits who may feel misunderstood, burnt out, or frustrated that traditional approaches have not fully helped. My therapy style is collaborative, supportive, and paced with care. I integrate EMDR, ACT, and IFS to help clients process difficult experiences, build practical coping tools, and better understand themselves with compassion rather than judgment. I value transparency and psychoeducation, helping clients understand the “why” behind patterns and emotions while also slowing down to acknowledge feelings, progress, and areas of growth that are often overlooked. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their daily lives.
