Introduction

If there isn't trust, the work doesn't happen. My approach is built on relationship first, technique second. I believe every person has a story worth understanding, and meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to share it. I help adults heal from trauma and reconnect with themselves through evidence-based approaches like EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. For over twenty years, I've worked with people carrying the weight of past experiences, relationship struggles, and life transitions—helping them discover who they are underneath the stress and fear that's shaped their path. My approach is grounded in partnership: together, we'll make sense of what's happening, build trust in the process, and take the next step forward. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan, from teenagers to elders, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I accept most major insurance plans, and I'm here to help you move toward a life that actually feels like your own.
