I often integrate relational and strengths-based approaches, tailoring each session to your needs and goals. I enjoy working with people adjusting to new chapters in life- whether that’s starting or ending a relationship, moving to a new place, managing work stress, or exploring identity. I also have experience supporting clients in managing anxiety, improving communication, and navigating trust concerns within relationships. Therapy is a place for insight, but also for action.
