Introduction

As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, relationships are what I love to help you figure out. Whether it's your relationship with yourself, a partner, a child or maybe your relationship with a "thing" (alcohol, shopping, work), I'm here to support you as you get to the root of it and find a healthy, self advocating way to address the issue so you can move forward to the life you want and deserve. I believe my combination of education, training and lived experience allow me to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share and explore the areas of your life causing distress. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my approach so that you feel comfortable beginning therapy. Outside of the office, I am a die hard Arizona Wildcats fan, mom to four young adult "kids" who does her best to follow her own advice about staying hydrated, getting fresh air and leaning on my support system when I need it.
