Introduction

I'm Katie- a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families. I am a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent-affirming therapist who loves to create a warm, collaborative and nonjudgemental space. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, attachment and relationship concerns, neurodivergence, caregiver burnout/ compassion fatigue, and concerns related to self-harm. I especially love working with teens and young adults transitioning through high school, into college, or living on their own for the first time. I enjoy getting to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients; moving at a pace that feels both safe and empowering. If you feel you're in a place to begin therapy and think we might be a good fit, please reach out! I look forward to speaking with you. I offer virtual sessions Monday through Friday, and in- person sessions at our Allison Park location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
