Introduction

You’ve worked hard to hold it all together — to succeed, to care for others, to stay strong. And yet, beneath the surface, you may feel disconnected — from your emotions, your body, or your relationships. You may struggle to communicate, to navigate conflict, or to feel truly safe with others. My clients are often sensitive, insightful, high-functioning adults who have done plenty of cognitive work, read the books, and still feel something missing. Together, we gently explore the emotional patterns, protective parts, and nervous system responses that have shaped your life and relationships. Therapy with me is grounded, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I integrate somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), trauma-informed care, attachment-based approaches, and intuitive presence. This work isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about sustainable, embodied healing that honors your full complexity. I work with individuals and couples who want to deepen emotional safety, foster conscious connection, and move beyond reactive cycles into secure, fulfilling intimacy. I also offer intensive sessions for clients who are ready for focused, immersive work. Therapy is a sacred space — a brave collaboration where we learn how to meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and hope. No matter where you’re starting, you are not broken. Healing is possible, and I’m honored to walk with you.
