Introduction

Many describe me as a bubbly person who smiles and laughs a lot. While I believe laughter can be healing, I also value calm, safety, and stillness. My therapy approach is trauma-informed and blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and Somatic approaches. Further, I am happy to integrate these with the Christian faith. I love to provide a space where you can be authentic about your strengths and your challenges. Together, we can explore your life experiences and how they have shaped your identity and relationships.
