I have vast experience working with adults, families, children, and adolescents. I am dedicated to providing people with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals, learn coping mechanisms, and invest in leading an overall healthy lifestyle for the mind, body, and spirit. I have experience working with military members and families, ADHD, behavioral issues in children, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, grief, trauma, autism, and several other areas. My practice currently focuses on the utilization of EMDR to process trauma. I have a certificate/advanced training in EMDR Chronic Pain protocol. I utilize an eclectic approach to help my patients, consisting of expressive therapies, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), play therapy, and EMDR. I am constantly investing in learning the most evidence-based practices to help patients heal. I believe humor is an essential part of therapy!
