Many things can lead us to this place, including trauma, depression, masking our neurodivergences, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, parenting, pregnancy, being the default parent, carrying a heavy mental load, struggling in our relationships with food & our bodies, complicated relationships, & managing a huge workload at home, school, & work. You may want to figure out how to balance life's stressors, accept & love your authentic self, set boundaries, eat intuitively, process trauma, initiate and complete tasks, etc. I am an Intuitive Eating Counselor, have trained with Postpartum Support International, and utilize trauma informed treatments like FLASH and EMDR. I specialize on working with those who have experienced trauma, are pregnant/postpartum, are experiencing infertility, are neurodivergent, and parents of children with medical complexities and special needs.
