Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming & exhausting, causing us to feel burned out, stressed out, & stuck surviving instead of thriving. Many things can lead us to this place, including trauma, depression, masking our neurodivergences, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, parenting, pregnancy, being the default parent, carrying a heavy mental load, struggling in our relationships with food & our bodies, complicated relationships, & managing a huge workload at home, school, & work. You may want to figure out how to balance life's stressors, accept & love your authentic self, set boundaries, eat intuitively, process trauma, initiate and complete tasks, etc. I am an Intuitive Eating Counselor, have trained with Postpartum Support International, and utilize trauma informed treatments like FLASH and EMDR. I specialize on working with those who have experienced trauma, are pregnant/postpartum, are experiencing infertility, are neurodivergent, and parents of children with medical complexities and special needs. Beginning therapy can seem overwhelming and intimidating, whether you are starting for the first time or just getting back into it. We can work together in therapy to build the life that you want to live. I embrace all differences and am an ally to those in the LGBTQ, BIPOC, disability, and neurodivergent communities
