I’m passionate about guiding individuals toward recovery from eating disorders and working through complex trauma, relationship struggles, and understanding neurodivergence. I am a Health at Every Size/Anti-Diet therapist and provide an LGBTQIA+-affirming space. Sometimes a bit of humor helps us open up and laugh together, but I’ll also challenge you to go deeper and focus on the real issues rather than stay on the surface. I'm here to help you figure out what's not working for you and what you need to do to make changes that both lead to a happier life and honor/work with who you are.
