Introduction

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or navigating a transition in their lives. Many of the people I work with are used to holding a lot for others and pushing through, even when it comes at a cost. In our work together, we slow things down. We create space to understand what’s happening in the moment, make sense of patterns, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.
