I primarily work with women and couples. My clients are often starting to question long-held expectations about who they should be and how they should live, and are ready to make more intentional choices in their daily lives and relationships. They may be experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, depression, or relationship concerns such as boundaries and communication. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck translating insight into meaningful change. Together we can work on goals such as, building self-confidence, improving relationships, and living a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I like to see clients 3 times to determine if I am a good fit for you. I want you to assess me and I will make sure I believe I can help you. After 3 sessions I will share a treatment plan with you. Together we will decide if we will commit to working together.
