As a counselor, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s journey. While I primarily draw from person-centered modalities, I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, and collaboratively work toward healing and growth. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and bipolar disorder. I also support couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, or deepen their connection. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University. It is where I received training in evidence-based practices and developed a passion for supporting clients through life’s challenges. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me spending time with my family and friends or at the gym recharging.
