Introduction

My name is Katreace Moore, a licensed substance abuse professional, internationally endorsed by NAADAC as a Master-Level Addiction Counselor (MAC) and a Licensed Mental Health Associate (LMHCA). I hold two Master of Science in Psychology degrees: one from the University of Phoenix (conferred in 2009) and a second from Walden University’s School of Behavioral Science (conferred in 2019) as part of my embedded doctoral studies. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Forensics. Lets get our relationship started because a strong therapeutic alliance provides a safe, collaborative relationship in which the therapist can validate the client’s experiences, build trust, and effectively support the client in exploring concerns, developing insight, and implementing meaningful change.
