Introduction

Feeling disconnected is deeply painful. Trauma can make us feel disconnected, alone, misunderstood, and confused. Authentic connection in this time is not only needed it is necessary for our spirit/body/mental health. In my 20+years as Therapist this truth has always remained, it is the deep connection (the fit) we feel in therapy that gives hope for learning to shift out of just surviving to living well. Healing through traumatic growth in self and relationships is my passion. I value kindness, compassion and authenticity in therapy. I am a hope holder. I offer support, education, encouragement, and quirky humor on your self care journey learning to empower, love, and embrace your authentic self as well as your relationships. Passionate and committed in helping Couples and Individuals transform pain and suffering from relational, developmental, masking, and family trauma into healing growth I will meet you and yours where you are at. I will hold a safe space for you...mind/body/spirit. Request a 15 minute FREE video consult appointment (above in purple). We can meet, talk, and feel out if we are a good fit. Really excited to meet you!
