I offer authentic compassionate connection, providing a safe space to process and heal through traumatic growth of self awareness, acceptance, and self love. I collaborate, encourage, educate, and share hope. I am excited to share in your self care journey learning to empower, love, and embrace your authentic self as well as your relationships. Passionate and committed in helping Couples and Individuals transform pain and suffering from relational, developmental, masking, and family trauma into healing growth. I will meet you where you are at. I will hold a safe space for you...mind/body/spirit. Request a 15 minute FREE video consult appointment.
