Katrina Speed, PhD, DBSM is a licensed clinical psychologist and practice owner specializing in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and women’s health. With over a decade of experience in the field, she provides evidence-based, non-medication treatments for sleep concerns including insomnia, nightmares, and sleep apnea.
