Hello! I'm so glad you're here. My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, safe environment for all of my clients to explore their identities, experiences, and feelings. My hope is that our time together will increase self-compassion and reduce shame. My approach to therapy integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed parts work, attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and inner “parts” that shape your experiences and relationships, with a focus on building safety, self-understanding, and secure connection.
