I believe we all have an inherent capacity to heal. Sometimes, we simply need a safe, supportive space where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and begin that journey. Our experiences live not only in our thoughts and memories, but also in our bodies. We carry the past with us into the present, often in ways we may not fully recognize. When parts of ourselves feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of balance, developing greater awareness can be the first step toward feeling more whole and coming home to ourselves. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and create meaningful, lasting change through somatic-based approaches that honor the connection between your mind, body, emotions, and life experiences. At the heart of this work is the therapeutic relationship. Healing happens more easily when we feel safe enough to be seen, accepted, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and open-minded space where you can let down your guard, explore what is beneath the surface, and show up as your authentic self.
