I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Marriage Readiness Specialist who helps engaged individuals heal the early childhood wounds that can affect how they show up in love and marriage. With over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples understand relationship patterns, attachment wounds, and the beliefs that shape their relationships, I created Heal Before Marriage to help people do the deeper work of preparing for marriage—not just planning a wedding. My approach helps you identify where unhealthy relationship patterns come from, heal the wounds underneath them, and develop the emotional and relational skills needed to become a healthier spouse.
